Once you have placed an online order at shop.inverlochmarine.com.au you will be personally contacted (usually the same or next working day) by a store staff member in regards to your order, at which time pick-up or cost effective delivery freight options will be discussed. It is important to remember that if couriers are used orders will be unable to be delivered to PO boxes as signatures are required at point of delivery. If your nominated delivery address is unattended the courier may leave an information card to re-arrange delivery which may result in additional charges. Please note the optional details box on the order form for third party delivery address. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT WE ONLY SHIP WITHIN AUSTRALIA. BULKY-AWKWARD-HEAVY Additional Freight Charges: Items that are deemed to be bulky, awkward or overly heavy may incur additional freight charges. Such items are marked with a ‘Triangular Forklift’ symbol. We will be in contact to discuss and quote on such charges if applicable. COUNTRY and REMOTE AREA Additional Freight Charges: A freight surcharge on goods sent to areas considered country or remote may be incurred. We will be in contact to discuss and quote on such charges if applicable.
In the event that goods are to be returned, because of either a warranty issue or are no longer required, please directly contact us at Inverloch Marine to make arrangements for their return.
