Shipping and Returns
All orders placed online at bargainboatbits.com.au are processed at head office where they are on-forwarded to a Bargain Boat Bits member store. Please note that your finalised order DOES NOT require payment at this time. You will be personally contacted usually the same or next working day by a store staff member in regards to your order, at which time pick-up or cost effective delivery freight options will be discussed.
It is important to remember that if couriers are used orders will unable to be delivered to PO boxes as signatures are required at point of delivery. If your nominated delivery address is unattended the courier may leave an information card to re-arrange delivery which may result in additional charges. Please note the optional details box on the order form for third party delivery address. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT BBB ONLY SHIPS WITHIN AUSTRALIA.
BULKY-AWKWARD-HEAVY Additional Freight Charges – Items that are deemed to be bulky, awkward or overly heavy may incur additional freight charges. Such items are marked with a ‘Triangular Forklift’ symbol. A BBB member store will be in contact to discuss and quote on such charges if applicable.
COUNTRY and REMOTE AREA Additional Freight Charges – A freight surcharge on goods sent to areas considered country or remote may be incurred. A BBB member store will be in contact to discuss and quote on such charges if applicable.
In the event that goods are to be returned, because of either a warranty issue or are no longer required, please directly contact the Bargain Boats Bits member store from where the order was supplied to make arrangements for their return.
